Throughout her career, she has supported patients and families facing complex health challenges and understand how overwhelming chronic conditions can feel. After personally experiencing the positive impact of lifestyle changes on health and wellbeing, she became passionate about helping others take realistic and sustainable steps toward better health. She enjoys supporting people through their diabetes and chronic disease management or recovery journey, using coaching approaches to help them develop a growth mindset and believe that positive change is possible.
